Moti Gutman
CEO
Joined Matrix in 2001
During his time at Matrix, Moti has led its establishment through the merger of five companies, been responsible for the acquisition and merger of over 80 companies into the group and formulated both its business strategy and its trading on the Israeli stock exchange in 2002.
Before that, Moti worked at Liraz Systems for 14 years, holding various software positions within the company, and acting as the company’s CEO from 1994-2000. He led the acquisition of Liraz by EDS.
Moti served for seven years in the IDF’s Mamram unit (Center of Computing and Information Systems). He holds an MBA with a major in strategic management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, from which he graduated summa cum laude.

Nevo Brenner
CFO
Joined Matrix in 2022
Nevo Brenner serves as Matrix Chief Financial Officer since June 2022.
Before joining Matrix, Nevo has been serving in key financial roles in leading Israeli companies – CFO at Energix Renewable Energies LTD (2019-2022), VP Finance & Chief Accountant at the Israel Aerospace Industries LTD (2013-2019), Chief Accountant at Bezeq – the Israel Telecommunication Corp LTD (2011-2013). Prior to that, he served as Deputy Head of Accounting at the Department of Corporation Finance, Israel Securities Authority.
Nevo is a CPA (IL) and holds MBA in Finance and Accounting and bachelor’s degree in Economics & Accounting - both from the Hebrew University.

Ranit Zexer
CTO
Joined Matrix in 2001
Ranit has been with Matrix from its inception.
Before joining the company, she held various managerial and professional positions at Bashan Systems, including working as manager of the Solution Architects Group and manager of the IGT (Internet and Groupware Technologies) field.
Ranit served in the IDF’s Mamram unit (Center of Computing and Information Systems). She holds a BSc, magna cum laude, in mathematics and computer science from Bar-Ilan University.

Ziv Mandl
CEO John Bryce & EVP matrix
Joined Matrix in 2002
As well as being responsible for managing three Matrix divisions - Training (John Bryce Training), Offshore Outsourcing (matrix global) and testing (matrix testing & automation), Ziv also has responsibility for the call centers run by Babcom Centers.
Outside of Matrix, Ziv is active in various public and professional organizations, including YPO, and a member of the board of directors of the Young Leadership Association.
He served as Chief Instructor in the IDF’s Mamram unit (Center of Computing and Information Systems) and has a degree in computers and political science from Bar-Ilan University.

Yaron Raz

Joined Matrix in 2007
Yaron is Chairman of Matrix subsidiaries – Matrix BI, KBIS, Programa and Aviv AMCG.
Prior to joining Matrix, Yaron co-founded and acted as co-CEO of Novelya, which was merged with Skiff Systems to become Tangram Soft. Yaron acted as co-CEO and later CEO of Tangram Soft from its inception.
Yaron served as an officer in the Israeli Air Force's software unit and is a Mamram graduate (Center of Computing and Information Systems).
He holds a BA in economics and business administration and an MA from the Faculty of Law at Bar-Ilan University.

Hila Tal
Head of HR
Joined Matrix in 2003
Appointed as Vice President of Human Resources at Matrix in July 2023, Hila has over 20 years’ experience in her field. She joined John Bryce in 1999. Having undergone in-house training in human resources and recruitment, she went on to manage such activities there, moving to Matrix with the acquisition of the company in 2003.
Part of the founding team of the Matrix Talpiot division in 2004, Hila was directly involved right from the start, including interviewing the first candidates and employees, and building and creating recruitment and HR processes to support the division. Talpiot has since changed the employment landscape in Israel, introducing thousands of ultra-Orthodox female computer engineers to the market.
Over the years, Hila has taken on other roles at Matrix, including expanding the activity of the company’s Eastern European offshore operations, with full responsibility for the profit goals of the business in this region.
Hila holds a BA in social work from Tel Aviv University, and is a graduate of several course in human resources and group facilitation in corporate settings from the Levinsky College, NLP from NLP-Plus, and financial statements analysis and a directors' course, both from Hamil.
Asaf Berenstin
SVP, Magic Software
Asaf Berenstin joined the Matrix executive team in 2025 as SVP of Magic Software. A seasoned financial and operational leader, Asaf brings extensive experience from his tenure as CFO of Magic Software (since 2010) and CFO of Formula Systems (since 2011).
Throughout his career, which includes senior roles at Gilat Satellite Networks and PwC, Asaf has specialized in global financial management and strategic scaling of technology companies. He holds an M.B.A. and a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University and is a certified CPA.
Sigal Nissim
Chief of Staff
Joined Matrix in 2001
Sigal was part of the founding team of Matrix. She is currently the company’s Chief of Staff, having acted as executive assistant to the company’s CEO between 2001 to 2019.
Part of Sigal’s responsibility is to ensure the ongoing progress of cross-organizational projects, and maintain professional synergy between the company’s various business units.
Before she joined Matrix, Sigal spent four years at Liraz Systems, where she supported the work of the CEO, with a range of different duties.
Sigal holds a BA in humanities from Tel Aviv University, and served as an operations officer in the IDF’s Judea and Samaria Division.

Lior Blik

Lior is an entrepreneur and technology executive responsible for strategic growth, operational execution, and the expansion of Matrix’s global market presence. He leads technology-driven business units that deliver software, compliance, and digital transformation solutions to enterprise clients.
With over 30 years of executive leadership experience, Lior brings deep expertise in enterprise technology, regulatory compliance, risk management, and organizational transformation. He is recognized for building scalable businesses, driving innovation, and leading complex initiatives in highly regulated environments.
Previously, Lior held senior advisory positions at Tier 1 U.S. financial institutions and served as Chief Information Officer of a U.S. healthcare system, where he led enterprise IT strategy and large-scale modernization initiatives.
Lior is also an active investor. He holds an educational background in Computer Science and an advanced management degree from Harvard University.
Liat Tennenholtz
VP M&A
Joined Matrix in 2018
As Vice President of M&A, Liat is responsible for the end-to-end management of acquisitions by Matrix of companies both in Israel and abroad. This includes identifying potential targets, undertaking strategic consideration of the opportunity, conducting commercial and legal negotiations, and managing the due diligence and internal approval processes. She also plays a key role in new strategic and innovative ventures, relationships and activities, both organic and through joint ventures.
In the ten years before joining Matrix, Liat worked on complex local and international deals for the likes of Navitas Petroleum and KPMG.
Liat carried out her military service in the IDF as a Psychotechnical Diagnostician and Senior Instructor. She holds a BA in accounting and an LLB in law, having graduated magna cum laude in both from Tel Aviv University, and is certified as both a lawyer and accountant.

Yifat Givol
Head of the Legal Department and Company Secretary
Joined Matrix in 2001
Yifat has been with the company since its inception, serving as legal counsel in the Legal Department, before becoming the department’s manager in 2012.
Prior to joining Matrix, Yifat served as legal counsel in the legal department of Formula Systems, and as legal counsel and company secretary for Formula Vision Technologies.
Yifat holds an LLB and a BA in business administration from the IDC Herzliya.

KOBI BEN MOSHE
VP Engineering and Consulting Division, CEO AVIV AMCG

Serving as CEO of AVIV AMCG since 2001, Kobi has led the company to achieve its growth goals and expand its activities, both in Israel and abroad, while diversifying its areas of practice across consulting and management, project management, national infrastructures, and environmental quality.
Working to advance Israeli management culture, while expanding the company's international footprint Kobi has made it a priority to maintain its Israeli character and commitment to upholding the strictest international standards. He established the company’s engineering practice and, following the purchase of Dana Engineering and AA Engineering, all engineering activities were merged under one roof.
With over 30 years of experience in management consulting, gained in various senior positions, Kobi’s rich professional experience includes strategic management, organizational consulting and management in leading Israeli corporations in the fields of high-tech, energy, and traditional industries.
Kobi holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University, is a lecturer at the University’s Faculties of Industrial Engineering and Management, and at Ruppin College, and serves as Chairman of the Board of Dana Engineering and DHV MED.

Hadar Zadka Hazan
Head of Marketing
Appointed as Head of Marketing at Matrix in April 2024, Hadar oversees the group's corporate marketing strategy and provides professional guidance to Matrix’s diverse divisions and subsidiaries. Her role is pivotal in shaping the group's brand visibility and crafting comprehensive marketing strategies, including leading the branding and marketing integration processes for newly acquired companies.
With a career spanning two decades at Matrix, Hadar has held several key positions within the group. Before her current role, she served as the Marketing Manager of Matrix Software Products, where she was responsible for cultivating and managing strategic business relationships with leading global technology vendors represented by Matrix.
Her journey at Matrix began in the Human Resources and Recruitment department.
This diverse background provides her with a deep understanding of the company’s DNA, from human capital to strategic product marketing.
Hadar holds a degree in Design, Art, and Education from the Holon Institute of Technology (HIT).
Avi Goldstein
Director of the Integration and Infrastructures Division
Joined Matrix in 2001
Avi has been with the company since it was first established. Under his management, the Integration & Infrastructures Division is responsible for the management and implementation of projects, support, service and outsourcing in the field of integration and infrastructures, as well as cloud and data services.
Prior to joining Matrix, Avi worked for over 15 years in IT, joining Mashovit, which became the Integration and Infrastructures Division of Matrix, in 1991. He is responsible for managing complex projects and establishing, operating and maintaining websites for large companies and institutions.
Avi is qualified as a Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP).
